BENEFITS OF SIDE NECK STRETCHING:

Side neck stretches are commonly used in physical therapy to assist in the rehabilitation of neck muscles, joints, and bones. These stretches aim to improve the strength, tone, and flexibility of the neck muscles. They also work to increase the flexibility of the ligaments around the neck joints, making them more resilient to stress.

Poor posture can cause your head and shoulders to slump forward over time, leading to some chest and neck muscles becoming tight and shortened. This can worsen neck pain and perpetuate bad posture. Side neck stretching exercises can help relax these postural muscles, potentially reducing neck pain and promoting better posture.
