BENEFITS OF NECK ROTATION:

Neck rotation exercises are commonly used in physical therapy to help rehabilitate the neck muscles, joints, and bones. These exercises are designed to boost the strength, tone, and flexibility of your neck muscles. They also work to increase the flexibility of the ligaments around the neck joints, making them more resilient to stress.

When poor posture causes your head and shoulders to slouch forward, certain chest and neck muscles can gradually become tight and shortened, contributing to neck discomfort. Neck rotation exercises can help loosen these postural muscles, potentially reducing neck pain and promoting better posture.
