HOW TO DO FRONT AND BACK NECK STRETCH

  1. Keep your head in a neutral position, looking straight ahead.

  2. Gently tilt your head straight back as far as you comfortably can.

  3. Interlock your fingers and place your hands on your forehead.

  4. Slowly try to bring your head forward, as if you're attempting to touch your chest with your chin, while resisting this movement with your hands and arms.

  5. Hold this position for 10-15 seconds.

  6. Return to the starting position.

  7. Now, bend your head forward to reverse the movement, bringing your hands together behind your head to support it.

  8. Repeat this entire sequence 3 to 4 times.
