HOW TO: FOAM ROLLER BACK STRETCH
Step 1: Sit with heels on the floor, placing the foam roller beneath the middle of your back. Lie back onto the roller, positioning it just below your shoulder blades. Clasp your hands together, gently cradling your head.
Step 2: Keep your chin tucked in and slide up and down the roller, moving from your neck down to the level of your lowest ribs. Avoid rolling too low into your lumbar spine. Repeat this movement for at least 30 seconds.
