BENEFITS OF DIAGONAL NECK STRETCH:

Diagonal neck stretches are often used in physical therapy to help rehabilitate the muscles, joints, and bones in the neck. These stretches aim to improve the strength, tone, and flexibility of neck muscles. They also promote greater flexibility in the ligaments around the neck joints, making them better able to handle stress.

Sometimes, poor posture can cause the head and shoulders to lean forward, which can lead to certain chest and neck muscles becoming tight and shortened over time, contributing to neck pain. Diagonal neck stretching exercises can help relax these postural muscles and may alleviate neck discomfort.
